Dating Confidence

If you haven’t been gearing yourself up ready to get into the world of dating, there’s usually one factor that’s completely to blame: your confidence.

Some general tips are below - but to really get your game in gear - check out the Alpha Series of Audio Classes on this website.

If you haven’t got the ability to go up to a girl and ask her for her number or strike up a conversation, you can bet that how sure you are of yourself is the reason to blame.

There are a lot of things that can be attributed to this, but there are three main points that you need to work on in order to be able to approach somebody naturally and with the knowledge that you are doing everything right.

Your Body

Being uncomfortable in your own skin can be the clearest message that you are sending out to potential dates.

If you already work out, you could look at men’s supplement reviews to see which one you could add to your regime to give you the result that you are looking for. It’s always about going one better than you’re already achieving. Confidence in your body comes from getting what you want from the way that you are exercising - and this is more in terms of looks and strength than anything else.

If you aren’t currently working out, just switching to doing a couple of light exercises a week can give you exactly the boost that you need in order feel better about yourself. The release of endorphins, as well as the results that will appear over time from your new-found sporting endeavours, will only help you to gain the confidence that you need regarding your appearance.

Shyness

A lot of guys put on bravado, but underneath it all they’re just as shy as anybody else. There are a small minority of people who have natural confidence, and it’s living in the shadow of these people that makes the others who aren’t as forward with their approach seem like they’re just being rude.

It’s quite the opposite; these are the guys who are thinking over their conversations before they happen, but once they’ve geared themselves up enough to say the first word, the chance has gone. There’s not much that can be done for this other than practising. The more that you lead into a conversation, the more natural it will be.

Friends

The last point to be made is the company that you keep. If you’re part of a friendship group that is forever pulling one another up for little discrepancies, including appearances, this can negatively influence your chances of getting a date.

Keeping up with the status quo isn’t necessarily the best way to go; girls like you to be yourself rather than acting along with what your pals find funny. Rid yourself of any toxic friends that may be affecting your chances - because you know for a fact that they’d do exactly the same to you when the time comes along if they’re not the friends you thought they were.
