Referring back to the first point we made, even the most successful people feel insecure from time to time, so there is no point trying to pile up your worries by labeling yourself weak at the same time.

One of the main factors which causes a person to feel insecure is that they are stuck the way they feel now and nothing can be done to change this.
Physical insecurities are very common for a lot of people, but there are often things that you can do. Rather than trying to block out the way that you are feeling, you should accept that insecurity is something that you will inevitably suffer from during your lifetime.
The trick is to not let it get the best of you and prevent you from doing the things that you want in your life. Insecurity is often closely linked with negative thinking, so learning to think more positively is one of the best ways that you can proactively deal with your problem.
